Tezos-homebase.io is a DAO administration framework on the Tezos blockchain. It allows communities to organize in a trustless setting and find consensus with token-weighted voting. The functionality is based on the BaseDAO contract, but there is also the option to make an off-chain poll, that does not trigger an on-chain outcome but it is still token-weighted.
