The proposals page is where you can create a proposal.

**Proposal Status** - There are four states a proposal can be in: Active, Dropped, Executable, Executed. There are time windows for each stage of a proposal that are set upon DAO configuration.

* Active: you can currently vote on this proposal, until it's voting period ends
